These terms include an arbitration provision and class action waiver. Disputes with Eternity Clothing are resolved individually through binding arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Details are in the Disputes section below.

Agreement to these terms.

Murray’s Global Enterprise LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Eternity Clothing (“Eternity Clothing,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operates eternityclothing.co and the apparel and related products and services offered through it. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Products and orders.

Every Eternity Clothing piece is individually produced and hand-finished for you after you order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not create a contract until we accept the order and begin production.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

• A product or size is unavailable or has sold out
• A price, description, or promotion was published in error
• We suspect fraud, resale, or an unauthorized transaction
• We are unable to verify billing or shipping information

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Sizing, colour and appearance.

We work hard to photograph and describe our garments accurately, but we cannot guarantee that what you see on screen is an exact match for what arrives.

• Colours vary between screens, devices and lighting conditions
• Garment measurements can vary within approximately one inch
• Print placement and finish may differ slightly between pieces, which is normal for hand-finished production
• Model photography is styled and may not reflect fit on every body

Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering. Minor variation of this kind is not considered a defect.

Shipping and risk of loss.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand your order to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates only, and we are not liable for carrier delays, mis-delivery, or damage in transit. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Once tracking shows an order as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier or filing a claim. Shipping protection is offered at checkout through a third-party provider; any claim under that protection is handled by that provider under its own terms, and we are not an insurer.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are your responsibility.

Returns and refunds.

Because each piece is produced individually for you, returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. It covers defective or misprinted items, size exchanges, and what is considered final sale. Please read it before ordering.

Promotions and discount codes.

Discount codes, promotional offers and free-shipping thresholds are offered at our discretion and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, apply to one order per customer, hold no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or void a discount where a code has been obtained, shared or used in a way we consider abusive or fraudulent.

Your account.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Do not share your account or create one on someone else’s behalf. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Our designs and brand.

All artwork, garment graphics, photography, written copy, layouts, the Eternity Clothing name, and the E|C cross monogram are owned by Murray’s Global Enterprise LLC or used under licence. Buying a garment gives you ownership of that garment — not of the design printed on it.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce, print or manufacture our designs on any product
• Sell, resell commercially, or distribute our artwork or photography
• Use our name, logo or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically copy the site or its content

Scripture quotations are used as part of our designs and editorial content. Any third-party marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.

Reviews and submissions.

If you submit a product review, photo, comment, or tag us on social media, you grant Eternity Clothing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our brand, including on the site, in email and in marketing.

You confirm that the content is yours to share, that anyone appearing in it has consented, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, harassing, deceptive, or that violates someone’s privacy or intellectual property.

We may decline, edit for length, or remove submitted content at our discretion, and we are not obligated to publish or keep any review. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Acceptable use.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with it or with anyone else’s use of it. That includes not attempting to breach security, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, place an unreasonable load on our systems, reverse engineer the site, or use bots or automated tools to crawl, scrape or harvest content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

Outside services and links.

Our store runs on third-party platforms and relies on third-party providers for payments, production and fulfilment, shipping, reviews and email. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement.

Charitable giving.

Where we state that a portion of proceeds supports a charitable partner, that contribution is made by Eternity Clothing based on qualifying sales as described at the time. Your purchase is a purchase from us, not a donation by you, and is not tax-deductible. Contribution amounts and partners may change, and naming a partner does not imply that they endorse our products.

Email and marketing.

By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Transactional messages about your order are sent regardless of marketing preferences. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages you opt into.

Warranties and liability.

The site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product descriptions and pricing are free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murray’s Global Enterprise LLC and its officers, employees, suppliers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Murray’s Global Enterprise LLC and its officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the site, content you submit, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and arbitration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Except for claims seeking injunctive relief, claims regarding intellectual property, claims for non-payment, and claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. Arbitration will take place in Harris County, Texas, in English, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You and Eternity Clothing each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action.

Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

General.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Murray’s Global Enterprise LLC d/b/a Eternity Clothing regarding the site and your orders.
